The primary emphasis of Bill’s practice is representing small and medium sized businesses, both domestically and overseas. He advises his clients on all aspects of their operations, including litigation, when necessary. He particularly enjoys negotiating agreements, mergers, or settlements when synergy can be used to create a win/win situation.

William Ballinger was born and raised in Marion, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his law degree from Western State University in San Diego, California, and was admitted to the California bar in 1983. He is licensed in both state and federal court in California.

Bill's hobbies include travel, reading, music and surfing.
