INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

Mr. Ballinger is also active in the international business arena.  He has drafted manufacturing and distribution agreements for U. S. companies selling their products abroad.  Through the internet and his involvement in business organizations, Mr. Ballinger has access to a wealth of trade information and market research from such agencies as the U. S. Trade Development Agency, the U. S. Department of Commerce, the Treasury Department and U. S. Customs.  He assists foreign companies with all aspects of importing and distributing their products in the United States, including customs regulations, import restrictions, tariffs, letters of credit, contract negotiations and collections on accounts.  He is currently working with several companies doing business in the Pacific Rim and throughout Europe.
