LITIGATION

Mr. Ballinger has extensive litigation experience and is licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts in California.  He works with a wide range of experienced litigation specialists that allows him to handle cases in California as well as across the country. He has also represented foreign businesses pursuing California companies in a wide range of disputes.  Mr. Ballinger recently settled a class action lawsuit before trial, which resulted in a substantial savings to his client.
